Netbooks are just small laptops that are light and small so that they are easy to carry around. They are also energy efficient and also even better the prices are fairly low.
The Samsung NC10 Netbook is currently one of the best netbooks on the market. At a cost of around £320 and a battery life of about 8 hours it is ideal for people going to college who are carrying their computer everyday. Sony are also releasing a netbook range called the Sony VAIO GS range.
